the State WTO Consultation Information Bureau, follow up research
on new WTO rules, establish a WTO information data bank, provide WTO
affairs consultation services for enterprises and concerned departments,
familiarize various enterprises with WTO rules, agreements and international
economic and trade practices, and organize relevant training and communication.
