Since the founding of the Center, almost 10,000 entrepreneurs from thousands of enterprises and civil servants in Guangdong Province have attended over 60 training sessions. The following are some of the important training activities: lectures on Economic Globalization and the Countermeasure against Anti-dumping to about 500 top employees within the Guangdong Foreign Trade Group and subsidiary foreign trade companies; 2 sessions of training courses to over 90 directors holding positions in the system of Foreign Economics and Trade in Guangdong Province, in which they systematically studied the knowledge of and participated in discussions about WTO affairs; and training on WTO affairs for a total of about 1150 civil servants employed in the system of Foreign Economics and Trade in 15 prefectures through 11 training sessions held in 9 cities.
