The Center furnishes consultation services to enterprises in and out of China and to various government departments. Generally, in line with fixed procedures, replies are to be made within 2 workdays, except for some specialized cases requiring authorization, where the feedback takes approximately one week. Applications for consultation can be submitted by fax, post, e-mail, or in person. Furthermore, face-to-face discussions with experts are available via appointments arranged by the Center at client request.
