The
Center has highly valued the importance of external communication.
WTO members are deeply concerned about the implementation of China’s
promises for her entry into the WTO and changes in various fields
thereafter. Moreover, in order to adjust to the practices and rules
of the WTO, Guangdong is in dire need of the experience of other
countries and regions as a reference resource for dealing with matters
in connection with WTO affairs.
In the form of exchange visits, seminars, and information exchange,
the Center has achieved favorable results by establishing extensive
contact with domestic and overseas institutions with the purpose
of publicizing Guangdong’s implementation of China’s
promises for her entry into the WTO, learning from the advanced
experience of other countries and enlarging the resources reserve.
