The Center has kept close contact with many countries’ Consulates General to Guangzhou. It once received the delegation composed of the officials affiliated with the Consulates General of seven nations, and introduced in detail to them the latest progress made by the Guangdong government in the transformation of the government’s role, the rectification of policies and regulations, the organization of training courses on WTO affairs and the improvement of the investment environment. The U.S. Consul General to Guangzhou had several meetings with the director of the center, offering technical support for database browsing. Additionally, the Center has welcomed many foreign delegations including the delegation from the Auditing Administration of the U.S. Congress and the delegation of the U.S. Office of Trade Representatives.
