The Briefs will be published irregularly,
one or two issues every month. The subscribers include leaders above
the county level in five groups of Guangdong Province, namely, the
Party Committee, the Government, the Local People’s Congress,
the China People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC),
and the Disciplinary Committee. The subscribers also include all concerned
departments under the direct leadership of the Province, foreign trade
and economic departments at all levels of the Province, and representative
enterprises and institutions. At present, the press run of every issue
of the magazine amounts to 600 copies.
The Briefs is sponsored by four units: the Guangdong WTO Affairs Consultation
Service Center, the Policy-making Information Center of the Policy
Research Office of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, the Secretarial
Division of the Guangdong WTO Affairs Consultation Council, and the
Guangdong Import and Export Trade Fair Bureau. The Center is responsible
for specific work such as collecting articles, editing, publishing
and so on.
